Molly Bloom is a creator, curator and innovator. She is recognized by many for her vision, pursuit of excellence, grace under pressure, and her abilities to realize possibilities, curate resources, execute with precision, and to lead individuals and organizations alike to thoughtful, beautiful, and successful outcomes.

Born and raised in a small town north of Buffalo, NY, Molly gravitated toward fashion from a young age - designing, making, and eventually selling clothing in middle and high school before moving to New York to attend FIT.

Following her time at school, she began her career in womenswear design, working for several award-winning designers in New York while dabbling in casting and photoshoots on nights, weekends, and whenever else she could. When you love what you do, it becomes impossible to stop finding new ways to do it.

After 7 years in New York, and finding herself mixing menswear into her own personal wardrobe, she joined the team at Billy Reid and embarked on a journey to Florence, AL to hone her product development skills. With a strong brand understanding and vast skillset, she eventually headed full-product life cycle collaborations across multiple product categories. Her 5-year tenure with the menswear brand came full-cycle, culminating with her promotion to Art Director and further refinement of her skills in all things creative content creation. With a wealth of knowledge under her belt in runway show production, Bloom produced 8 shows in 3 years in addition to the daily responsibilities that come with Art Direction and heading Special Projects & Collaborations.

At the start of 2019, Molly began development on an apparel collection of jumpsuits. The collection launched in July of 2023 and has slowly expanded into a lifestyle brand within the handbag, soft accessories, and third party sourcing of home goods.

On the side, Molly maintains a few clients such as Willie Nelson’s LUCK festival as their Potluck Dinner Coordinator, Apparatus Studio, Jason Pickens, 74 The Jacket, and acts as a satellite producer for NYC-based agency Special Operations, particularly with their client, Tim Hortons.
