For Billy Reid’s SS19 Runway show, I designed and installed a simple canvas backdrop, sourced and booked hair & makeup teams, booked backstage photography by Adam Katz Sinding, organized a separate lookbook shoot with Brett Warren on show day, collected VIP and gen-pop guest lists and organized the seating chart, designed and sourced floral installations for the check-in/cocktail area along with furnitures and vintage-wears (paid for via sponsorships), and converted an Olympic-sized gymnastics studio with the help of ~15 volunteers from our local university as our venue (and put it back together) for less than a total spend of $32k.
